West Office is unique—they provide a lot of support in exhibition development and are able clarify the vision, and steer the project to keep it on track. | ||

Exhibits whet a visitor’s appetite and serve up the historical and contemporary culture of food and wine in America.
This permanent exhibition explores distinctly American food and drink preferences, traditions, customs, holidays and
lifestyles, grounded in ancient and global wine and food traditions and innovations. Exhibit topics range from the
early exchange of foods between the Old and New Worlds, to the rich history of winegrowing and winemaking in America,
to the present-day culture of fast food and themed restaurants. |

| West Office created a very sophisticated exhibition design that was unusually sensitive to the design of our building, and which has not aged or worn out in nearly 3 years. | ||
