OAKLAND, CA
Discover the Big Bang and beyond. Explore the origins of the Universe through science and folklore, in the “Origins Theater.” Wonder at the color and temperature of stars. Learn how nebulae are nurseries for new stars. Look into deep space and find new galaxies. Young visitors can even crawl through the “Black Hole Tunnel” and peer into the “Universe Kaleidoscope.” Visitors of all ages gain an understanding of our place in the Universe and try to wrap their heads around the mind-boggling concept—we are all made of stardust.
